We are looking for a Team Sales Specialist to join our Team supporting the US Sr. Sales Manager in developing and executing the Team Business Strategic Plan. This person will ensure that the sales force has all the tools necessary from product creation, demand planning, sourcing, marketing and sales to drive towards the common goals.

This is a full-time position based at our Boston office.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Track sales activities and communicate to Manager to make sure goal targets and budgets are met
  • Manage the database of leagues/associations
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports for line planning strategies
  • Work closely with the Canadian Team Specialist, Global Marketing team, Product teams and demand planning in order to secure right level of inventory.
  • Provide sales group with appropriate sales support materials (i.e. presentation boards, line lists, product knowledge)
  • Keep track of the contracts with leagues, teams, associations and manage the various incentives
  • Support the creation of sales programs with internal support and feedback
  • Assist sales management to set target goals, monitor progress
  • Support to sales representatives as they manage key dealer partnerships and demo events

 

Knowledge, Experience and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business combine with 3-5 years of experience in the sporting goods industry  
  • Strong knowledge of team sales culture 
  • Strong communications skills and presentations skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced and reactionary environment
  • Excellent  knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge with Illustrator, an asset
  • Fluently in English, oral and written

In this role approx. 25% travel is expected to customers on regular basis. Applications should be received no later than March 24th, 2024.
